Drinks mocktail already familiar in the ears of the people of Indonesia. Yes, this type of non-alcoholic drink is made from a mixture of fruit juices and other soft drinks which are usually added with cream or spices.

Of course, you don't have to go all the way to the bar to enjoy this drink. You can also make your own from home.

1. Berry Pina Colada
Ingredients:
- 150 ml nanas cair.
- 50 ml santan.
- 25 ml of lemon juice.
- Add ice.
- 2 tbsp frozen cherries or strawberries, then mashed.
Ways of making:
- Prepare a jar, crush the pineapple and mix it with coconut milk, lemon juice and mix well.
- Mix with berries, then crush.
- Add the shaved ice and sprinkle with the pineapple mixture.
- Garnish with cherries on top, and the drink is ready to serve.
2. Pomegranate Spiced Tea
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate juice.
- 1 tbsp cinnamon syrup.
- 1 tea bag.
- 1/2 or 3/4 water.
To make cinnamon syrup:
- Mix raw honey in a cup.
- Use 4 cinnamon sticks.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Ways of making:
- To make cinnamon syrup, take one cup of water and add half raw honey, cinnamon stick, vanilla extract and bring to a boil.
- Prepare the drink by adding pomegranate juice to a glass, then add the cinnamon syrup.
- Add one tea bag and pour hot water later.
- Remove the tea bag within 30 seconds, and enjoy the cinnamon pomegranate tea.
3. Cranberry Ginger Shrub
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of fresh cranberries.
- 1 cup cider vinegar.
- 1/2 air.
- 1/2 raw honey.
- 1 inch pieces of fresh ginger that have been peeled and sliced.
- 2 cinnamon sticks.
- Ice and soda.
Ways of making:
- Combine cranberries, vinegar, water, raw honey, ginger, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat, then simmer until the fruit bursts for 10-15 minutes.
- Cool then.
- Strain then, then mash the mixture until the liquid comes out.
- To serve, pour 25 ml of the ice mixture over the top, then sprinkle with soda.
4. Sparkling Citrus
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh oranges.
- 4 cups lemon soda.
- 2 oranges.
- 2 limes.
Ways of making:
- Take a large pitcher, then mix the lemon soda, orange slices, and lime wedges.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then serve with the ice mixture. Now, you can enjoy Sparkling Citrus drinks at home.
