Blackforest mini martabak recipe
Martabak Ingredients:
- 500 grams of medium protein flour
- 25 grams of powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 100 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 650 ml of water
- 100 grams of strawberry jam
- 150 grams butter cream, whipped

How to make mini blackforest :
1. Make the martabak dough first. Shift flour, milk and baking powder. Add sugar. Stir well. Add eggs, vanilla powder and salt. Stir well.
2. Pour in the water little by little while whisking at medium speed for 20 minutes until smooth. Cover the container with a napkin, let stand for an hour.

4. Heat a skillet or snackmaker over medium heat until hot. Pour the martabak mixture, reduce the heat. Sprinkle with sugar to make holes. Cover and cook until done.
