Chocolate cake ice cream recipe

Chocolate ice cream ingredients: 
  • 3 chicken egg yolks
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 250 ml liquid milk without fat
  • 75 grams of sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 200 grams of solid chocolate (coarsely chopped)
  • 40 grams marshmallows (thinly sliced)
  • 50 grams of chocolate chips
Chocolate cake ingredients:
  • 5 chicken eggs
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 140 grams of wheat flour
  • 20 grams of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100 grams margarine (melted)

How to make chocolate ice cream:


1. Beat the egg yolks in a medium-sized bowl until fluffy, then set aside.

2. Combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and salt in a medium-sized saucepan, cook, stirring frequently, over low heat, until it boils. Set aside the cream mixture.

3. Take 100 milliliters of thick cream dough, then mix quickly with the egg yolks. After that, pour the mixture back into the pan.

4. Stir the cream mixture and egg yolks until the texture thickens, then add the solid chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts.

5. Remove the pan containing the dough from the stove, then leave the dough at room temperature to cool. After that, beat the dough again until the texture is soft. 

6. Store the ice cream dough in the freezer until the edges of the ice cream freeze. After that remove the ice cream from the freezer and beat again until the ice cream granules become smooth.

7. Add marshmallows and chocolate chips, then stir until well blended. Store the ice cream dough in the freezer and let it freeze.

8. Serve chocolate ice cream with marshmallow as topping cake 

How to make chocolate cake:

1. Prepare a round tin with a diameter of 20 centimeters, grease the pan with margarine and sprinkle flour on the inside of the pan, then set aside.

2. Put the eggs and sugar in a medium-sized bowl, then beat until the eggs are fluffy and the texture is soft.

3. Add flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder, then stir using a spatula until well blended.

4. Add the melted margarine, then stir again until well blended.

5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes using a temperature of 175 degrees celsius. After that, leave the cake at room temperature to cool.

6. Serve the cake with topping chocolate ice cream and marshmallow make it more delicious.
