Yogurt chocolate cake recipe
Material:
- 7 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 80 grams of powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sp
- 40 grams of wheat flour
- 30 grams of cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 80 grams margarine (melted)
- 1/2 teaspoon chocolate paste
Ingredients Topping :
- 300 grams of cooking chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 150 gram yoghurt
How to make yogurt chocolate cake:
1. Beat egg yolks, egg whites, and powdered sugar using a mixer until fluffy. After that add sp and beat again until the texture of the dough is stiff.
2. Enter the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder while sifting. Stir gently without a mixer until well blended.
3. Pour the dough into a 22 x 22 cm tin that has been smeared with margarine and parchment paper. Bake the dough in the oven using a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius until the cake is cooked. Let it cool.
4. Melt the cooking chocolate, salt, and vanilla, then stir until smooth. Add the yogurt to the chocolate mixture and beat with a mixer until it has a smooth texture.
5. Pour topping onto the top of the cake, then put the cake in the refrigerator and allow it to cool.
6. Serve the yogurt chocolate cake with plain yogurt.
