Gado-gado Padang Recipe Without Yellow Noodles, Healthy and Delicious Breakfast

Gado-gado Padang is usually served with yellow noodles as a substitute for rice cake.


However, this time you don't have to use yellow noodles to make Padang Gado-Gado.

This gado-gado padang recipe only requires a few kinds of vegetables, eggs, peanut sauce, shredded chicken, and red crackers as a complement.

Padang Gado-Gado Recipe

Material:

  • 200 gr potatoes, boiled and cut into 6-8 parts
  • 2 eggs, boiled and split into 4 parts
  • 1/2 chicken, boiled and shredded (reserve the remaining stock for rinsing the vegetables)
  • 100 gr round, finely sliced
  • 100 gr bean sprouts, remove the roots
  • Frying oil is enough for frying
Peanut sauce:

  • 100 gr peanuts, fried
  • 2 red chilies
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Galangal and ginger, bruised
  • Lemongrass leaves, bruise the white part
  • Greetings leaves
  • enough coconut milk
  • Sugar to taste
Complementary:

  • red crackers
  • fried onions
How to make gado-gado padang:

1. Flush the bean sprouts and cabbage with the remaining hot chicken stew. Arrange all ingredients on a serving plate.

2. Make peanut sauce by sautéing galangal, ginger, lemongrass, and bay leaves until fragrant.

3. Enter the ingredients and spices that have been mashed. Add coconut milk and sugar, mix well. Cook until slightly oily.

4. Drizzle peanut sauce over vegetables and serve with garnish.
