Pletok beer recipe

Ingredients:

• 600 ml of water
• 5 cm ginger, bruised
• 2 tbsp cardamom, bruised
• 1 grain of nutmeg,
• 1 tbsp pepper
• 1-2 cinnamon sticks
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp clove
• Adequate cup of wood
• 1 pandan leaf
• 2 lemongrass stalks, bruised

How to make Pletok beer

1. Bring water, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, pepper, and cinnamon to a boil. Add sugar and cloves, cook while stirring. Enter the sappan wood and pandan leaves.

2. Prepare a glass containing lemongrass, pour it while straining the beer pletok into it. Serve.
