Sweet and sour sausage recipe

Ingredient

  • 1 kilogram of sausage, or about 30-40 sausage sticks.
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 2 cups or about 165 grams of pineapple chunks
  • 1 can of boiled tomatoes
How to make sweet and sour sausage

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir sausage, onions, and peppers in a hot skillet until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour soy sauce, cornstarch, vinegar, and ginger in a small bowl.
  3. Prepare teflon and pour enough oil. Add the sweet and sour sauce and stir until thickened. Add sausage, pineapple and tomatoes.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
