  • 700 grams tapioca flour
  • 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • powdered broth to taste

How to make homemade prawn crackers:

  1. Puree the shrimp using a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Add the garlic, baking soda, salt, coriander powder, and powdered stock. Stir briefly until well blended.
  3. Transfer the dough to a slightly wide container. Add tapioca flour and water little by little while stirring until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into four, then roll it out a bit thickly to form a rice cake. Let stand for a moment at room temperature.
  5. Steam the cracker dough for 2-3 hours over low heat. Remove and cool at room temperature.
  6. Place the cracker mixture in the refrigerator overnight to harden and solidify.
