Basic Ingredients:

- Rice paper

- Carrot

- Cucumbers

- Watercress

- Cilantro

- Vermicelli

- Peeled shrimp, boiled

Sauce Ingredients:

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp mayonnaise

Sesame oil to taste

Sesame seeds

Salt to taste

Mushroom broth 

How to make:

1.Peel the carrots, then cut into thin strips lengthwise, cut the cucumbers

2. Boil the vermicelli noodles for a few minutes until the texture is chewy, after the vermicelli is soft and chewy in texture, remove and drain.

3. Then put the boiled vermicelli in a bowl of cold water to speed up cooling.

4. Prepare a container, pour hot water to soak the rice paper, then place the boiled shrimp on the rice paper. 

5. Add vermicelli, carrots, cucumber, coriander leaves to add fragrance, then add 1 watercress leaf.

6. Then fold the rice paper that has been filled with vegetables and boiled shrimp.

7. Make the sauce for spring rolls , pour 2 tbsp peanut butter, mayonnaise, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce.

8. Add hot water and stir until all ingredients are well mixed, add 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, a little mushroom stock and salt. 

9. After that, serve it with spring roll and dip the healthy menu with peanut sauce to make it more delicious to enjoy this menu.
