Recipe for anchovies
Ingredients
- 100 grams of anchovies
- 100 grams of rice flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 400 ml coconut milk from 1/4 coconut
- Right amount of oil
Ground spices
3 cloves of garlic1 tsp coriander, roasted
4 pecans, roasted
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
How to make anchovy
- Prepare a clean container, mix with rice flour, eggs, and ground spices. Pour the coconut milk while stirring until it is well mixed and becomes a soft dough. Add the anchovies, mix well again.
- Heat enough cooking oil over medium heat. Take a spoon of vegetable batter, fry it by flowing it through the surface of the cooking oil on the edge of the pan.
- Flush the dough with hot oil until the dough comes off the edge of the frying pan, fry until evenly cooked. Lift and drain.
- Do the same until the ingredients run out, once cool store in an airtight container.
