Recipe for Spiced Eggs Petis, a simple side dish that is cheap and practical

  • 5 chicken eggs, boiled, peeled and fried

  • 150 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, bruised
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 tbsp shrimp paste
  • 2 tbsp sliced red onion
  • 20 pieces of red chili

Ground spices

  • 1 tbsp sliced garlic
  • 1 tbsp sliced red chili
  • 1 tsp kencur iris
  • 1 tsp iris lock
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp sliced ginger
  • 1 tsp salt

How to make egg petis

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté the ground spices, lime leaves, lemon grass, red cayenne pepper, and sliced shallots until fragrant.
  2. Add eggs and petis, mix well. Pour coconut milk, cook until the gravy thickens and the spices are absorbed. Elevator.
