How to Make Chicken Curry

  5. If the chicken has started to change color and the water starts to shrink, add the ground pepper, coriander powder, salt, chicken stock, and brown sugar. Stir until evenly mixed.
  6. Next, add the instant coconut milk while continuing to stir so that the coconut milk doesn't break. Cook until the water boils again.
  7. Do a taste test before turning off the stove.
  8. Chicken curry is ready to be served.
