Material A:- 240 grams of medium protein flour
- 10 grams of starch or tapioca
- 1/2 sendok teh baking powder double Acting

- 2 whole eggs
- 350 ml room temperature boiled water
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 5 drops light yellow coloring (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/vanilla paste
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon full of margarine
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate meses
- Grated cheese to taste
- 4 tablespoons sweetened thick creamer
How to make:
- Put the eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and salt in a bowl. Then stir until well blended until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
- Put the flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, cooking oil into the egg and sugar mixture earlier. After that add water gradually and stir until the dough is all combined. Make sure there are no lumps of dough.
- After the dough has come together, beat or beat the dough using a whisk for 10 minutes. The goal is to make the dough becomes smooth so that the results of good martabak nest.
- After pounding with a whisk, cover the dough with plastic wrap or a clean cloth. Then rest the dough for 1-6 hours.
- After resting, add 1/2 tsp of baking soda. Stir well until the baking soda dissolves in the mixture. Set aside.
- Next, before the stove fire is turned on, prepare Teflon with a diameter of 20cm or according to taste. Grease Teflon with a little margarine or oil, then wipe clean.
- After wiping the Teflon, heat the Teflon on very low heat for about 5 minutes. The fire should not be large so that the heat of the Teflon remains stable and the martabak does not burn.
- After the Teflon is hot enough, pour the batter into the Teflon. Flatten the dough.
- Once the dough is smooth, turn up the heat slightly to produce air bubbles. If the bubbles appear to be starting to burst and become flat, immediately reduce the heat. After that sprinkle sugar evenly and cover the Teflon again.
- If the top of the martabak looks dry, remove the martabak and immediately spread the margarine when it is hot. After smeared with margarine, sprinkle toppings or complementary ingredients according to taste.
- Finally, divide the martabak into two parts. After that stack and cut the martabak. Martabak is ready to be served.
