Kimchi Fried Rice Recipe for Healthy Breakfast
Kimchi is a fermented vegetable typical of South Korea, containing probiotics, high fiber, low calories, nutrients and multivitamins.

Kimchi fried rice recipe
Material:
- 1 chicken egg
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- Finger ginger (about 3 cm), peeled and finely chopped
- 2 sausages, sliced
- 100 grams of kimchi , coarsely chopped
- Handful of frozen peas
- 250-300 grams of Korean rice or regular rice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds to taste, for sprinkling.
- 1 onion stalk
Hot sauce ingredients:
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp kimchi
- Tomato sauce to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
1. Prepare a bowl, enter and mix the sauce ingredients into it. Stir well.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Pour in the eggs, scramble and mix well. Saute for one to two minutes until cooked, then set aside.
3. Add garlic and ginger, saute for thirty seconds. Add sausage, kimchi , peas, and rice, sautéing for thirty seconds each before adding other ingredients. Stir well for three to four minutes.
4. Add the sauce evenly then stir until combined and absorbed for one to two minutes.
5. Once fully cooked, mix and toss with sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions, ready to serve.
