Spicy fried recipe
Fried rice ingredients:
- 300 grams of rice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 large red chili, thinly sliced
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 small red bell pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 150 grams of frozen peas
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
How to make spicy fried rice
1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, ginger, garlic, and chilies. Saute for two minutes or until the onions are soft. Add peppers and saute for one minute until tender.
2. Add rice, peas, soy sauce, and salt to taste. Stir until smooth for three minutes until cooked, then turn off the heat.
3. Prepare a plate and divide the rice, sprinkle with spring onions on top. Serve immediately.
