- 500 grams of gandik meat
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 lemongrass stalks, bruised
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 500 ml coconut milk, from 1 coconut
- 500 ml oil, for frying
- Ground spices
- 4 pecans, roasted
- 2 cm turmeric, roasted
- 12 red onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 2 cm galangal
- 2 cm jahe
- Boil the meat in 1000 ml of water until cooked. Remove and drain the meat. Slice along the grain.
- Re-boil the meat. Enter the ground spices, bay leaf, lemon grass, salt, and brown sugar.
- 3. Pour the coconut milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the spices and coconut milk are absorbed.
