You can also add a few pieces of smoked chicken and sausage to make it taste more delicious.

Crispy chicken croquettes recipe

Material:
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 150 grams of ground chicken
  • 100 grams of smoked chicken breast (cut)
  • 2 chicken sausages (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 100 ml liquid milk
  • 50 grams of grated cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Coating material:
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 200 grams of bread flour

How to make crispy chicken croquettes :

1. Heat margarine in a frying pan using medium heat, then saute garlic until fragrant.

2. Put the ground chicken into the pan and cook while stirring until it changes color. After that add the smoked chicken and sausage, then stir until well blended.

3. Enter the flour, salt, pepper powder, and liquid milk, then cook while stirring until thickened. Remove and cool the croquette mixture at room temperature.

4. Take a tablespoon of croquette dough, then shape it into an oval shape. Dip the dough into the beaten egg, then roll it in the breadcrumbs until all sides are completely covered.

5. Do the breadcrumb coating technique twice before frying the croquettes.

6. Fry chicken croquettes in hot oil using medium heat until cooked or turn brown. Lift and drain.
