Green Chili Black Squid Recipe, Not Fishy Aroma

Green chili black squid recipe

Ingredients 

  • 400 grams of fresh squid
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 4 cm ginger, crushed
  • 4 lemongrass stalks, bruised
  • 15 lime leaves, remove the middle bone of the leaves
  • 100 grams of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 150 grams of green chili, cut into 1 1/2 cm
  • 100 grams of green tomatoes, cut into 4 parts
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 200 ml of water

  1. Wash the squid, trying not to get the ink black. Remove the middle bone then sprinkle with salt. Set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add lemongrass and lime leaves, stir briefly.
  3. Add onions, chilies, tomatoes and salt. Stir.
  4. Add the squid to it, pour enough water, stir and cover the pan. Continue to cook until the gravy thickens and turns black. Lift. Serve black squid.
