2. Boil the duck meat until cooked


Slice the duck meat into several pieces according to taste. Then, clean with clean running water.

Meanwhile, mix the tamarind water with plain water in a cooking pot. Put the sliced ​​duck meat into the pot and simmer for 1 hour until the meat is tender. 

3. Saute the spices until they smell good


While waiting, puree the onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, large red chili, and galangal. Then, crush the lemongrass.

4. Mix all ingredients into one


When the spices smell good and are cooked, add the rest of the ingredients and stir briefly until well blended. Turn off the stove and mix the stir-fried ground spices into the duck meat stew.

Stir again until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Leave it for a while until the water reduces and seeps into the duck meat.
