Unlike Semarang spring rolls, which have a complete filling, Bandung spring rolls have a simpler filling.

Wet spring roll recipe
Wet Spring Roll Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (coarsely chopped)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 100 salt ground chicken
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 piece of yam
  • 100 grams of bean sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 20 ml of water
Brown sugar sauce ingredients:
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
How to make wet spring rolls:

1. Sauté the garlic and shallots in a frying pan until fragrant. After that, pour the oyster sauce and soy sauce and stir until the spices are evenly mixed.

2. Enter the ground chicken and cook while stirring until the chicken is tender. Add eggs, carrots, yam, and bean sprouts, then cook while stirring until well blended.

3. Add salt and pepper for taste correction. Add the onions and stir briefly. Pour in the water and stir again until all the ingredients are well mixed. Remove and set aside the spring roll filling.

4. Cook the water, brown sugar, and tapioca flour until the brown sugar dissolves, then remove and set aside.

5. Enter two tablespoons of spring roll filling then roll up the spring roll skin neatly. Serve the wet spring rolls with brown sugar sauce as a dip.
