Recipe for grilled chicken with chili sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken wings
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cm loose, bruised
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, take the white, bruised
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
Ground spices
  • 8 red onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 tsp coriander

Spread seasoning

  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
Sambal matah
  • 8 red onions
  • 12 pieces of red chili
  • 2 lime leaves, remove the leaves
  • 2 lemongrass stalks white part
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1-2 lime juice

How to make grilled chicken with sambal matah

  1. Prepare a clean container, coat the chicken with lime juice. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the ground spices. Add the bay leaves, galangal, and lemongrass until everything smells good. Add with chicken, stir until everything changes color.
  3. Enter the sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, and sugar. Stir well, pour water and cook until cooked and absorbed. Elevator.
  4. Grilled chicken while smeared with oil until fragrant and browned.
  5. Slice all the chili ingredients, mix into one and add enough salt and sugar. Drizzle with the heated oil, squeeze the lemon zest and stir well.
