Mango sticky rice recipe
Material:
- 1 ripe and sweet mango
- 1/2 kg of glutinous rice
- 1/2 box of liquid instant coconut milk
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch, dilute with 1 tbsp water
1. Steam the sticky rice for 20 minutes. After that, put the sticky rice in a container with a lid, pour the coconut milk.
2. Soak the sticky rice for 30 minutes until the coconut milk is completely absorbed.
3. Put the sticky rice in the bowl. Put mango slices on top. Serves.
