Material:
- 500 ml of clean water
- 250 grams of free-range chicken
- 1 kg of peanuts
- Right amount of oil
- 250 grams of brown sugar
- 250 grams of sweet soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 6 cloves of red onion
- Citrus leaves to taste

- 1 tomato to taste

- 1 onion stalk
- 3 stalks of celery
How to make chicken satay with peanut sauce:
1. Cut the chicken into cubes about two centimeters, then mix the chicken with the lime juice. After that, pierce the chicken using a skewer, set aside.
2. Roast the peanuts in a frying pan without oil using medium heat, then grind the peanuts with brown sugar. Set aside.
3. Puree the garlic, shallots, and lime leaves using a blender, then stir-fry the ground spices until fragrant and appear slightly dry. Set aside.
4. Combine the stir-fried spices and ground peanuts in a bowl, then divide the spice mixture into two parts. One part for the liquid seasoning, and the rest for the slightly thick seasoning.
5. Apply the liquid seasoning on the skewered chicken meat, then roast it until the meat is cooked.
6. Serve the chicken satay on a serving plate with a splash of thick seasoning and sweet soy sauce on top. Add additional fried onions when served to make it more delicious.
