  • 2 packs of instant fried noodles + noodle seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon coarse chili powder
  • 1 scallion
  • teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Complementary ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 75 grams minced chicken
  • 1 sheet of cabbage, cut

  • 350 ml of water
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon sugar
  • teaspoon pepper
  • enough fried onions
Steps:

1. Bring the water to a boil then add 1 noodle seasoning, 1 onion oil and minced chicken, boil until the chicken is cooked, set aside the chicken.

2. Enter the cabbage, eggs, and fish balls, boil the eggs until half cooked, set the eggs aside.

3. Add salt, sugar, and pepper, mix well, cook on low heat.

4. Finely chop the scallions and transfer them to a bowl.

5. Add chili powder and hot oil, mix well.

6. Add the noodle seasoning, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion oil, and noodle sauce, mix well, set aside.

7. Boil the noodles until cooked then put into a bowl containing the spices, stir until smooth.

8. Add the toppings of chicken, eggs, fish balls, scallions, and fried onions.

9. Indomie chili oil is ready to eat.
