  • 3 tsp black pepper
2. Boil the pakcoy vegetables until cooked

First, divide the pakcoy into two parts or according to taste. Rinse with cold water to keep the leaves green. 

Heat enough water in the pan. If it is really boiling, boil the pakcoy until cooked. Approximately 3-5 minutes or adjust to the desired level of doneness.

3. Marinate the chicken and stir-fry the spices
