2 Ways to Flatten Pizza Dough, Using Your Hands or Rolling Pin?

However, the time to flatten pizza dough by hand tends to be longer. So this technique is rarely used in some restaurants that are crowded with visitors.
Eril suggests for pizza makers at home, you should use your bare hands to flatten the pizza dough for best results.
" Feel hand touch is important, we can feel whether the dough is soft or not," concluded Eril.
