2 Ways to Warm Leftover Pizza, Don't Use the Microwave
Pizzas that are ordered in large quantities often leave some parts that are not eaten.
Leftover pizza slices should not be thrown away, you can store and reheat them to eat the next day.
The owner and cook of the My Pizza outlet , Eril Farhan, said that it was easy to warm up leftover pizza last night.
According to Eril, there are two easy ways to warm pizza that can be done at home without changing the texture and quality.
1. Warm the pizza in the oven
The first way to warm pizza is to put it in the oven.
"If leftovers from last night can be warmed using the oven, the temperature is around 100 to 150 degrees Celsius for one to two minutes, it's still safe," said Eril when met byThe Newbie Food outlet My Pizza on Tuesday (24/5/2022).

Simply place the pizza in a heat-resistant container and allow it to warm up again. Eril assessed that this method would not change the texture of the pizza.
"If the pizza here is kept overnight, the texture will not be hard and the taste will still be good," said Eril.
Eril suggested that pizza should not be warmed in the microwave because it will make the pizza texture dry and tough.
2. Heat the pizza using teflon
If you don't have an oven at home, then an alternative way that can be done is using Teflon.
"Just warm it over non-stick Teflon, but don't use oil, and use low heat," said Eril.

The time it takes to warm the pizza using Teflon can be adjusted according to the level of warmth of the pizza.
"It's just an estimate, because it's on Teflon so you can see and feel it when it's warm," concluded Eril.
