Baked Potato Chips Recipe, The Result is Savory and Crispy

Baked potato chips are suitable as a snack while relaxing or working.

Potatoes that will be processed into baked chips should be soaked in cold water first. This method will make the potato chips crunchy.


If you don't want to serve it right away, you can save the baked potato chips for tomorrow's snack. However, make sure to put them in a jar when the chips have cooled.

Material:

  • 450 g potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

1. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 232 degrees Celsius. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil and salt in a large bowl until smooth. Spread the potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet.

3. Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the chips are golden and crispy. Serve.
