Savory and Crispy Avocado Chips Recipe for Snacks

avocados used as drinks and a mixture of various other food menus,  can also be made into chips.


How to make avocado chips by crushing the fruit and then mixing with spices such as salt, pepper, and garlic. Then, roast the avocado in the oven until it's cooked.

Chips can be used as an idea to preserve ripe avocados.

Material:

  • 1 avocado large ripe
  • 90 grams of parmesan grated
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 sdt italian seasoning
  • salt Kosher or table salt to taste
  • Black pepper or pepper to taste

How to make savory and crunchy avocado chips

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees celsius and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.

3. Add parmesan , lemon juice, garlic powder, and italian seasoning . Season with salt and black pepper or pepper to taste.

4. Place a spoon-sized amount of dough mixture on the baking sheet. Flatten the dough with the back of a spoon to about 7.5 centimeters.

5. Bake avocado until crisp and golden, about thirty minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool to room temperature, serve.
