This method of cooking fried lungs to make it soft uses tamarind, galangal, coriander, and bay leaves as seasonings.
There are only two ways to make fried lungs. You can follow it for a practical side dish.
Fried lung recipe
Ingredients
- 500 grams of beef lung
- Tamarind and salt to taste
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 piece of galangal
- 2 bay leaves
- Coconut oil as needed
How to make fried lungs
- Wash the lungs until clean, boil with salt, galangal, and bay leaves. When it's tender, put the tamarind in the pan. Cook until the acid is absorbed. Let cool and cut into thin slices.
- Mash the garlic with coriander until smooth, pour a little water over the lungs. Add sliced lungs, stir until smooth, fry until dry.
