  • Tamarind and salt to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 piece of galangal
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Coconut oil as needed

How to make fried lungs

  • Wash the lungs until clean, boil with salt, galangal, and bay leaves. When it's tender, put the tamarind in the pan. Cook until the acid is absorbed. Let cool and cut into thin slices.
  • Mash the garlic with coriander until smooth, pour a little water over the lungs. Add sliced ​​lungs, stir until smooth, fry until dry.
