50 of the Best Culinary in the World Taste Atlas Version, Indonesia too

World travel guide from Croatia, Taste Atlas, launched a list of the 50 World's Best Cuisines in the June 2022 edition.

The best cuisine from various countries is divided by country category. There is Indonesia on this list, which is ranked 14th.

Indonesian cuisine got a value of 4.46 compared to the first rank of Italian cuisine which got a value of 4.78.

The scoring system of the World's 50 Best Culinary lists is claimed to be based on 100.00 values ​​of all foods and food products in the Taste Atlas.

Taste Atlas does not mention the value of the food. However, this site once wrote in the list of the Best Soups in Asia 2020 that the value of a food is obtained from restaurant critics and surveys of readers.

Indonesian food that has the best value at the Taste Atlas consists of soto betawi, Balinese mixed rice, meat curry, fried bananas, chicken curry, fried foods, rujak, pecel rice, nasi padang, rawon, and tempe mendoan.

There is still chicken porridge, fried meatballs, cingur salad, pancakes, fried chicken, fried onions, and batagor.
