  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 grams beef, thinly sliced ​​8 cm
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dilute with 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 tsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns, coarsely ground
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 3 cm lengths
  • 1 onion, cut lengthwise 3 cm
  • 600 grams of warm rice
Beef marinade
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
How to make rice bowl black pepper beef

  1. Combine all the beef marinade, then scoop out half of the marinade. Add with garlic. Add the beef slices, mix well and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the cornstarch, remaining marinade, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper to a bowl. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the meat changes color.
  3. Add the red peppers and onions, cook while stirring occasionally until the onions are wilted. Thicken with cornstarch mixture, cook until tender and lift.
  4. Serving : Arrange warm rice in a bowl and serve with black pepper beef on top. Serves.
