Grilled Lamb Ribs Recipe

Ingredients roasted goat ribs

  • 12 pieces of goat ribs, each weighing about 85-90 grams
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 sdm mostar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dried thyme (optional, can be substituted with oregano)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 small zucchini, thinly sliced

How to make grilled lamb ribs

1. Prepare a small bowl. Add two tablespoons of olive oil, mustard, vinegar, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Take a tablespoon of seasoning, set aside.

2. Apply the spices to the surface of the goat ribs until evenly distributed. Bake lamb ribs for 4-6 minutes until cooked.

Choose the level of doneness of the goat ribs according to taste. goat ribs medium rare is around 60 degrees Celsius, medium 60 degrees Celsius, and medium-well 65 degrees Celsius. Set aside the ribs.
