Grilled Lamb Ribs Recipe
Ingredients roasted goat ribs
- 12 pieces of goat ribs, each weighing about 85-90 grams
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 sdm mostar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp dried thyme (optional, can be substituted with oregano)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
How to make grilled lamb ribs
1. Prepare a small bowl. Add two tablespoons of olive oil, mustard, vinegar, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Take a tablespoon of seasoning, set aside.
2. Apply the spices to the surface of the goat ribs until evenly distributed. Bake lamb ribs for 4-6 minutes until cooked.
