How to make mutton stir fry

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a non-stick skillet. Saute onions until wilted and browned. Add the garlic, ginger and green chilies. Saute for about a minute.
  2. Mix all the ground spices with enough water until thick. Mix with the onion mixture. Saute briefly until the aroma is fragrant.
  3. Add the mutton pieces and salt. Saute over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Taste correction. Lift. Mix with lime juice. Serve.
