Ingredients:

  • 500 gr of mutton lemur and the fat
  • 4 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 2 hazelnuts
  • 3 red onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste
  • Sweet orange to taste
How to make goat satay with soy sauce

1. Cut into squares of beef and fat, pierce with a skewer.

2. Boil the chili, candlenut, shallot, and garlic until cooked, finely mash.

3. Grill the satay. When it's half cooked, dip it in the sweet soy sauce, grill it again until it's cooked.
