Petai Fried Rice Recipe Jambal Roti

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp oil, for frying
  • 250 grams of white rice
  • 2 plantains, peel the skin
  • 75 grams of jambal roti, diced, dry fried
  • 25 grams of sweet corn, shelled
  • 25 grams of peas
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp instant chicken stock powder
Softened seasoning:
  • 3 pieces of red chili
  • 5 red onions
  • Salt to taste

How to make petai jambal roti fried rice:

1. Saute, ground spices until fragrant. Add rice, petai, jambal roti, sweet corn, peas, and scallions, mix well.
