  • 600 ml milk

  • 2 lobster medium
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 15 grams of wheat flour
  • 75 grams of gruyere cheese (can be substituted with other types of cheese)
  • 6 eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • 20 grams of toast for serving
2. Boil the lobster and chop it up 

The first step you need to do is to process the lobster first. You can prepare two medium-sized lobsters that are fresh and of course ready to be processed. After that, prepare a pot that has been filled with enough water and sprinkled with a little salt.

Put the lobster in the pot and use medium heat for the boiling process. This process will take about 20-30 minutes until the lobster changes color and is fully cooked. If you have, then you can drain it and then cut it into smaller pieces. 

3. Mix all the ingredients in the egg mixture
