Pandan fried chicken recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken thigh stick or wing
- 50 pandan leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp powdered broth
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1 liter air
- Sufficient cooking oil
Ground spices:
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 candlenuts
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 piece of ginger
- 1 segment of turmeric
Sauce Ingredients:
- of Sugar
- Sweet soy sauce
- Salty soy sauce
- Sriracha chili sauce
- Tamarind water
1. Blend all the spices first until well blended.
2. Put the chicken that has been washed clean into a container with ground spices.
3. Add coconut milk, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mix well and let stand for 30 minutes.
4. After that, take a piece of chicken and wrap it using pandan leaves, except for the bones.
5. Fry the chicken in medium heat with oil that completely covers the chicken.
6. Once cooked, it turns golden yellow, remove and drain.
7. Next to make the sauce, heat a little water and all the sauce ingredients until thickened.
8. Pandan fried chicken and cocol sauce is ready to be served!
