Delicious Javanese Fried Rice Recipe

- 1600 g white rice

- 6 red onions (seasoning)
- 5 grains of ebi (seasoning)
- 4 pecans, fried (seasoning)
- 3 large red chilies (seasoning)
- Heat the oil. Stir-fry the spices until fragrant. Add the eggs in the middle of the pan. Stir until grainy.
- Add chicken. Stir until chicken is cooked. Add beef meatballs. Stir briefly. Add cabbage and caisim. Stir until half wilted.
- Add rice. Stir. Add Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, salt, soy sauce and pepper. Stir until cooked.
- Add the scallions. Stir well. Serve.
