  • 1600 g white rice

  • 1.25 tsp salt
  • tsp white pepper powder
  • tsp white pepper powder
  • 3 cloves garlic, fried (seasoning)
  • 6 red onions (seasoning)
  • 5 grains of ebi (seasoning)
  • 4 pecans, fried (seasoning)
  • 3 large red chilies (seasoning)
How to Cook
  • Heat the oil. Stir-fry the spices until fragrant. Add the eggs in the middle of the pan. Stir until grainy.
  • Add chicken. Stir until chicken is cooked. Add beef meatballs. Stir briefly. Add cabbage and caisim. Stir until half wilted.
  • Add rice. Stir. Add Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, salt, soy sauce and pepper. Stir until cooked.
  • Add the scallions. Stir well. Serve.
