How to make tofu nuggets for boarding children's food stock

Recipe for tofu nuggets  
Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of Chinese tofu, cut into quarters, and squeeze
  • 200 grams minced chicken
  • 200 grams of chopped prawns
  • 1 tbsp fried garlic, puree
  • 1 onion, chopped, sauteed until wilted with a tablespoon of margarine
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions or chives, finely chopped
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tbsp sago flour or cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
Coating material
  • 2 eggs and 1 egg white, beaten
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
How to make tofu nuggets
  1. Mix and stir the ingredients for the nuggets. Pour into a 20x20x4 cm tin that has been greased with oil or margarine. Steam for 20 minutes until cooked and let cool.
  2. Cut into pieces about 2-3 cm wide, roll them in flour. Dip one par one beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs.
  3. Store everything in the refrigerator, take it out after 30 minutes. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, serve with tomato sauce and pickle sauce.
