Chicken Soy Sauce Recipe, Simple Side dish with 3 Easy Steps

Material:

  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 8 red onions, sliced
  • 1 nutmeg, grated
  • 3cm cinnamon
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 chicken, cut into 20 parts
  • 8 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
Complementary:

  • Small potatoes, steamed
  • Carrots, steamed
  • Beans, steamed

How to make chicken soy sauce :

1. Heat the margarine, sauté the onions until wilted. Add nuts, cinnamon, cloves, and chicken. Cook until it changes color.

2. Enter the sweet soy sauce, water, salt, and pepper powder. Stir well.

3. Cook until the chicken is soft and the gravy thickens, add the carrots, potatoes, and beans. Cook for a while. Remove and serve while warm.
