Chef Yongki's Picnic Roll Recipe

A Picnic Roll Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of white bread
  • 200 grams of warm milk
  • 3 eggs (weight 150 grams)

B Picnic Roll Material:

  • 500 grams chicken (coarsely chopped)
  • 150 grams of cheese (grated)
  • 10 grams of salt
  • 5 grams pepper
  • 8 grams of pile
  • 10 grams of cooking spices
  • 20 grams of soy sauce
  • 240 grams of luncheon meat
  • 60 grams of sugar (can use sweetened condensed milk)

C Picnic Roll Material:

  • 25 grams garlic (roughly chopped)
  • 150 grams onions (roughly chopped)
  • 75 grams of butter

D Picnic Roll Material:

  • 4 steamed eggs (sliced)
  • Sliced ​​cheese taste
  • Smoked meat

E Picnic Roll Material:

  • Grated cheese to taste
  • Edam cheese to taste
  • Eggs (for greasing)
  • Instant puff pastry

How to make Chef Yongki's Picnic Roll:

1. Mix plain bread, warm milk, and three eggs using a mixer or blender until smooth. After that, pour it into a medium sized container.

2. Add ingredient B into the bread mixture and mix until smooth. Set aside.

3. Saute the ingredients C in the pan until fragrant then pour into the mixture of ingredients B and stir until smooth. Picnic Roll stuffing is ready to use.

4. Prepare puff pastry measuring 30 x 30 centimeters, then place the Picnic Roll stuffing, steamed egg, cheese, and bacon in the middle of the puff pastry.

5. Fold the puff pastry until the filling is covered, then use the tip of a fork to close the meeting of the ends of the puff pastry .

6. Spread the egg, a sprinkling of cheese, and edam cheese on the top of the puff pastry. After that, bake the puff pastry in the oven for 30 minutes using a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.

7. Serve the Picnic Roll after it reaches room temperature.
