Celebrity chef Nicky Tirta demonstrates how to make cupcakes at a cooking demonstration held at Indofood House, Jakarta Fair Kemayoran.
Nicky said that the prices of the ingredients used are cheap and easy to find, so cupcake is suitable as a selling idea.
"Only Rp. 50,000 capital, you can make about 20 cupcakes ," said Nicky while demonstrating the cupcake at Indofood's house on Thursday (23/6/2022).

Banana Choco Swiss Cupcake Recipe
Banana Choco Swiss Cupcake Ingredients:
- 5 chicken eggs
- 1 teaspoon sp
- 100 ml liquid milk (chocolate flavor)
- 200 gram choco chips
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 25 grams of cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coffee
- 1 teaspoon of baking powde
Wet Material:
- 326 grams of sweetened condensed milk
- 250 grams of margarine
- 50 ml cooking oil
- 70 grams of palm sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chocolate jam
- 200 grams of margarine
- 200 grams of bananas
- 70 grams of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate jam
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
How to make Banana Choco Swiss Cupcake:
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl, then stir until well combined and set aside.
2. Beat eggs and sp in a separate bowl using a mixer until foamy, then set aside.
3. Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl using a mixer, starting on low then medium speed.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the wet mixture, then stir without a mixer until well blended. After that enter the dry mixture while sifting, then stir again until the dough looks smooth.
5. Pour the liquid milk into the dough and stir again until the dough looks smooth. Give additional choco chips before the dough is poured into the mold.
6. Pour the batter into the cupcake that have been given a baking sheet. After that, bake cupcakes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
7. While waiting for the cupcakes, blend the bananas and vanilla extract until smooth. After that, stir without a mixer with the remaining buttercream ingredients. Set aside.
8. After the cupcakes are cooked and reach room temperature, make a hole in the center of the cupcake and fill it with a tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk. Then cover the cupcakes with buttercream.
9. Banana Choco Swiss Cupcake is ready to be served.
